One of the players making his presence known at Tennessee Titans training camp is rookie second-round pick Anthony Hill Jr.

Not only is he flying around and making splash plays, but his offseason work and development have caught the coaching staff's eye; even head coach Robert Saleh pointed out how he has transformed his body since joining the organization.

When he was asked about that during his press session after Tuesday’s practice, he opened up about his dieting secret.

“I’m a big candy person, so I had to cut off the Mike and Ike’s and all that stuff. I cut it off, and it worked. It’s hard, but it’s better for yourself.” Hill said, “I lost around like six, six-seven pounds just cutting off sweets and just kind of eating right at the house, just cooking myself.”

Who knew cutting out sweets like Mike and Ike’s would become a topic at training camp? That definitely wasn’t on the bingo card, but that doesn’t matter at this point. What matters is that Hill is surging, and he is likely making things uncomfortable for veteran Cody Barton, who has widely been tapped as one of the biggest losers of the early parts of camp.

While Hill may not unseat Barton during camp, he will see the field early and often, and if he stays healthy, it would not be a surprise to see him starting before the end of the season.
