On what has become an annual trip for Tennessee Titans’ Tyjae Spears and his father, the running back took some time to stop by Radio Row and talk about the Titans and what he sees for their future.

Like many players, the former third-round pick, who suffered through an up-and-down season in 2025, is entering this offseason optimistic about what may be in store for the organization after seeing the sweeping changes that have reshaped the franchise.

"I feel like we are on the come up," Spears said of the Titans. "I feel like something great is going to come from all of this, especially the trouble we've had the last three years. I feel like this year is going to be great for us.” Spear said, "Just the accountability piece we take as a team. We know we have to be better as players. The coaches are going to do their thing, but we have to stand up and be accountable for our actions as well. And I feel like we are going to do that."

Spears intends to be ready to go and do his part for the offense after he missed the first four games of the season due to a preseason ankle sprain. The injury, coupled with uneven line play, limited Spears to 283 rushing yards and two touchdowns, and 45 catches for 264 yards on the season.
