Tino Livramento's tournament in doubt after training ground injury
England defender Tino Livramento's World Cup tournament could be over before it began as he is assessed by the team's medical staff.
The Newcastle United man was injured during England's training on Sunday with fears that he may need to be replaced by Thomas Tuchel.
Livramento has had injury struggles during his short career with the 23-year-old missing the final weeks of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign however he did feature for one half of the Three Lions' 1-0 friendly win over New Zealand earlier this month.
Should Livramento miss out on the World Cup then reports suggest that Trevoh Chalobah could take his place in the squad.
