Flying out to PHX to celebrate my best friend's graduation from nursing school, and wanted to take him to the next home game as a gift. Anyone willing to sell two tix at a reasonable price, or know someone selling? Prefer lower level, but upper deck sideline would be fine.

Thanks!

Good luck finding a good samaritan on this board to give you cheap tickets. Not this season, not anymore.

I want Cards fans at the games, but I have no sympathy for anyone looking for cheap tickets. There were YEARS when I literally could not give away my tickets and went by myself. Even when I posted a free ticket and ride to the game on this board on the older ones. Where was everyone back then?

And, I'm not a greedy bastard. I won't sell my tickets at any reasonable price for the KC game. Not double, not triple, not quadruple face value. Get to 10x and funding my purchase for next season, and we'll talk. Seattle? Out of the damn question, even for 100K.

Sometimes people can't go to a game and sell the tickets on asfn. Happens all the time. No need to go holy roller about it. If only tickets I can find are double face value, I'll watch from home. It's OK. But face value or 150% I will happily do.

I had season tickets for six years, I just can't do those right now so once a year I buy a game instead.

You don't have to justify yourself to anyone.

Just saying, when I had tickets for FREE I had a hard time finding takers. Now, when we are finally the hottest team in the NFL forget finding tickets for face value. It ain't happening. go on stubhub and do the best you can for yourself.

Jesus Christ, I didn't need the soliloquy. A simple "no" or non-response would suffice.

I'm obviously an out-of-town fan trying to get tickets in advanced and first seeing if someone here was selling any before I went headhunting on brokerage sites, which has been common practice on this message board. Perhaps someone here is unable to go to the game or maybe has extras they're trying to sell.

I think your lecture is best suited for someone who lives in Phoenix trying to get on the bandwagon; not a die-hard fan from Los Angeles flying out to take his buddy to a game as a congratulatory gift.

Didn't mean to offend, but I guess I did. It's just funny to me that after 20 years of not being able to give away free tickets, now people want "reasonable" prices at the peak of their value. Part of the motivation for my post was a KC fan at work offering me 50$ over their face value for mine at work today. Hell, the guy couldn't believe enough in his own damn team when tickets were plentiful in August to pay face value, and now he wants two seats on the 30, row 14, Cards side for 50$ extra dollars because now both teams are in 1st place for seats I've sat in every damn game at that stadium? :biglaugh: Not.

Hey, you didn't drop 1.5K on Dave McGinnis' team, so you have that going for you. I should have more hurt feelings than you.

Good luck, hope you get what you want.

Well back when people wouldn't take free tickets we were also the only people with cardinals merchandise all around town. things have changed a bit, now there are legions of bigred fans.

Now that I don't have season tickets I usually just go to whatever game is on in early December for my birthday. But, I've been to so many games at that stadium I wouldn't pay a stubhub price. Not worth it. Especially considering I want to take some people with me. My old seats in section 121 have been selling for over $200 when they are normally $80. Just to take my wife and daughter would run me $600. No thx :)

I'd take a shot at a scalper outside the stadium 15 minutes before kickoff before I would buy on stub hub but that's me.

Unfortunately, we are going to see way too many Chiefs fans at this game. They are willing to pay the scalper price.
