I'm looking for 4 tickets to the Seattle Thursday night game. We're going to San Francisco the Sunday before and figured why not rent a car and drive down for the Thursday night game and then fly back to Madison.
those should be pretty easy to score...we always hear folks complaining about mid week night games... I betcha you get a deal from someone hereI'm looking for 4 tickets to the Seattle Thursday night game. Cheaper than gasoline...we are expecting 8 dollars a gallon by then.$100 bucks to fly frisco to phx
Think you’re onto something with that.$100 bucks to fly frisco to phx
Except we want to drive all the way down on hwy 1. It's a vacation so not looking for fast or cheap. Plus I lived in that heat for 40 years, I only want to be there as long as I have to.$100 bucks to fly frisco to phx
Why the state of Arizona continues to source their gasoline supply from California is beyond me.Cheaper than gasoline...we are expecting 8 dollars a gallon by then.
Side note Section, didn't know you were about that life!Think you’re onto something with that.
I’ve done here to there and back in a Winnebago to go to Reggae on the River. It’s a haul. As far as I recall. Pretty sure.
12 hours on the road and not great.Think you’re onto something with that.

They tried to build a refinery in Yuma for 20 years. They finally gave up. Southern Arizona gets its gas from Texas. That is why their gas is cheaper. Why the state of Arizona continues to source their gasoline supply from California is beyond me.
Very little population centers in south Arizona. I lived in the Valley for 30 years and never remember hearing of a plan to build a Yuma refinery. Surprised it failed to materialize. They tried to build a refinery in Yuma for 20 years. They finally gave up. Southern Arizona gets its gas from Texas. That is why their gas is cheaper.
Funny thing is that we were all hyped to see Toots and the Maytalls only to find out that he played there the year before. Still a blast.Side note Section, didn't know you were about that life!![]()
They really need to build a refinery...and maybe a pipeline to Texas....or Oklahoma is you want the refinery further northWhy the state of Arizona continues to source their gasoline supply from California is beyond me.
we showed up to the wrong deer lake for a festival once - pre smart phones - fest was in florida but we went to indiana - which ended up having a high times festival a few days later so we stayed - ended up meeting tommy chong - crazy how the world worksFunny thing is that we were all hyped to see Toots and the Maytalls only to find out that he played there the year before. Ya know,...Tommy probably got high and drove to the wrong lake too.we showed up to the wrong deer lake for a festival once - pre smart phones - fest was in florida but we went to indiana - which ended up having a high times festival a few days later so we stayed - ended up meeting tommy chong - crazy how the world works
Of course the gasoline would come to Phoenix. https://tucson.com/news/article_5c0...edium=js_redirect&utm_campaign=invalid_sourceVery little population centers in south Arizona. Seemed like a lot of hurdles to overcome. No wonder the plan didn’t attract the support. Fast forward to what is coming, shortsighted. Doesn’t explain why the gasoline doesn’t come from Texas instead of California. Transportation cost yes but it would still be cheaper given the trajectory of prices in California. Not to mention refineries leaving Cali period. Thanks for the info!Of course the gasoline would come to Phoenix. https://tucson.com/news/article_5c0...edium=js_redirect&utm_campaign=invalid_source
Think of it more as a fine patina.I think my thread has been jacked.

I checked with season ticket holders that I know, but no luck. It is a rough Thursday drive from the east side. Maybe someone will read your post and actually respond to your request.
