I'd classify Fleming as a big man. He could play some 4/5.

Those days are in the past. I doubt he will play to his contract for the remainder of his career. Doesn’t make him a scrub. Just not a value. On a team that can swallow his contract, play him at the 2, and expect borderline second/third banana he can excel. As leader of a play-in level squad he will always disappoint.
