Gave this show a chance recently when I was working and had time to kill while computers were reimaging. Was more than the "one last summer YA" show I thought it would be. Well-acted and based on a popular book. Part of the story between the moms hits pretty hard. Second season dealt with repercussions from the first season. Just discovered today that it was a trilogy and an extended 11-episode season 3 is due out this summer.
