I would actually be fired up about this team if Rizzo actually accepts because I assume he's smart enough to tell KK he will not be micro managed or prevented from what he needs to do or KK can keep on looking.

Disagree. Apparently Rizzo almost quit last year when ownership ordered him to fire Williams, and again when Ownership (ie the son of the owner) vetoed a trade.

I hope not. Matty is similar to Kirk Gibson in personality and I think the results would be the same.

You can't just demand that a bunch of millionaire athletes become a cohesive unit. It takes a certain skill that neither has shown.
