The priorities for him with his next team are clear, which is finding a team that he feels gives him a chance to compete at the highest of levels. He wants to play meaningful basketball and be a championship threat with whatever team he is on. That is what quantifies as happiness for him. This is not going to be a financially driven decision, which means though that if you are a team with a minimum, an exception, salary cap, whatever you have to offer LeBron James, if you can offer him a chance to contend and compete, you are going to be calling his agent Rich Paul and trying to get a pitch and a proposal in front of him."
