but as a GM, you have to respond-

the fact that there are a handful of vet CBs out there and Keim has made no moves -- for fear of guaranteeing a salary if they are on the roster week 1 (??) -- i just dont get
Correct. The gladney death was an unforeseeable tragedy. But it also occurred early enough that keim could have pivoted. He didn’t.

Also, Gladney wasn’t a sure thing. He was a former first round pick who hadn’t played football in a year and kind of sucked as a rookie.

Like depending on Robert Nkeimdiche to come in and be a contributor.
