Injuries on the offensive line and in the secondary are huge storylines for the Tennessee Titans heading into a late-season matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Titans (2-12) host the Chiefs (6-8) at Nissan Stadium on Dec. 21 (noon CT, CBS). The Titans will have to figure out how to mold a lineup after putting three safeties on injured reserve in the same week, plus dealing with injuries to three starting offensive linemen and one of the league's leading tacklers.
Titans interim coach Mike McCoy will address reporters twice this week, once on Wednesday and again on Friday. The Titans will put out injury reports on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The Tennessean will be at Titans practice to observe the open viewing period all of those practice days as well to provide updates on which players are on the injury report and which ones aren't.

The Titans' starting left tackle missed the team's most recent game with a neck injury, and has been on and off the injury report over the last three weeks dealing with various issues. If Moore is unable to play, the Titans' likeliest option at left tackle is veteran Oli Udoh, who stood in well with Moore out, as the Titans didn't allow a sack against the 49ers.
Gray, the NFL's third-leading tackler, exited the Titans' game against the 49ers late to be evaluated for a concussion and did not return. Gray's backup, James Williams Sr., took most of the first-team reps early in training camp before Gray won the role over, and as such Williams didn't play any defensive snaps this season until Gray's injury. If Gray is unable to clear the concussion protocol this week, Williams will be flanked by other depth options Dorian Mausi and Joe Bachie.
Zeitler, one of the most veteran Titans, has been dealing with a groin injury for about a week, one that limited him and ultimately led to him being removed from the Titans' game late against San Francisco. When Zeitler came out, the Titans turned to veteran guard/center Corey Levin, who's started two games for the Titans at center this year. Other options at guard include rookies Jackson Slater and Drew Moss, and the recently acquired Garrett Dellinger.
Cushenberry returned to action last week after missing two games with a foot injury. He was questionable for the 49ers game but played anyway.
Jefferson went out with an injury after making a difficult catch to set up a Titans touchdown. Without Jefferson in the lineup, the already-thin Titans receiver room loses its lone steady veteran. Depth options could include any of the four receivers the Titans have on the practice squad.
Armour-Davis has missed multiple games with this injury, and the Titans have had to turn to rookies and waiver claims to fill the spot. With the extra crunch of losing three safeties to injury this week, the room is particularly thin, with the likes of Marcus Harris, Kaiir Elam and Micah Robinson having to step in.
Okonkwo has been on the injury report for roughly a month while dealing with a foot injury. It has not forced him to miss any time in games.
The Titans have receivers Calvin Ridley and Bryce Oliver, outside linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo, cornerback L'Jarius Sneed, outside linebacker Ali Gaye, safeties Kevin Winston Jr., Xavier Woods and Mike Brown and offensive lineman Blake Hance on injured reserve. Ridley has been ruled out for the season. McCoy and defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson have both spoken about a hope that Oladejo will be able to return this season, but no guarantees have been made.
