The Tennessee Titans drafted wide receiver Chimere Dike in the 4th round of the 2025 NFL draft. He was projected to be a special teams player with high upside and unmatched speed. What he has morphed into is something completely different. During the Titans' Week 17 matchup with the New Orleans Saints, Dike set a new rookie record for all-purpose yards gained.

Dike broke a record that Tim Brown set in 1988, one that has stood for nearly 40 years. The closest anyone else has gotten to Brown's record was Danny Amendola in 2009, who recorded 2,302 all-purpose yards in his rookie season.

With the Titans' defeat of the Saints in Week 17, Dike now has 2,371 all-purpose yards in 2025, with one game left in the season. That includes 396 receiving, 18 rushing, and 1,957 return yards he's racked up this season. Dike isn't just breaking a record, he's shattering it and setting new expectations for his NFL career.
