Tennessee (19-7, 9-4 SEC) defeated Oklahoma (13-14, 3-10 SEC), 89-66, Wednesday at Food City Center.

The Vols led, 45-36, at halftime.

Nate Ament totaled 29 points, six rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal. He converted 9-of-17 field goal attempts, 3-of-7 three-point attempts and 8-of-8 free throw attempts and was one of four Tennessee players to score 10-plus points in the contest against the Sooners.

Ja'Kobi Gillespie recorded 16 points, eight assists, three rebounds and one assist. He also had a single-game program record eight steals, while Felix Okpara had 18 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two blocks.

DeWayne Brown II finished with 13 rebounds, three rebounds and two assists for the Vols, who scored 31 points off 15 Oklahoma turnovers.

Tennessee outrebounded the Sooners, 36-19, and committed seven turnovers in the game.

Nigel Pack scored 20 points to lead Oklahoma. He also recorded two rebounds.
