Oklahoma (32-20, 14-16 SEC) defeated Tennessee (37-19, 15-15 SEC), 12-9, in a regular-season finale for both schools at Chickasaw Bricktown Stadium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Vols won the SEC series, 2-1. Tennessee will be a No. 10 seed in the SEC Tournament and will face No. 15 seed South Carolina in the first round. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. EDT on May 19 (SEC Network).

In Game 3 on Saturday, Reese Chapman went 4-for-5. He recorded one triple, two runs and two RBIs, while Levi Clark went 1-for-4. He hit a two-run home run and recorded three RBIs.

Chandler Day (0-2) started for the Vols. He pitched 0.2 innings, allowing six runs (one earned), one hit and four walks. Day recorded one strikeout, while totaling 34 pitches, including 12 strikes.

The Vols won a suspended Game 2, 9-4, to win the series on Saturday. Game 2 was suspended Friday in the seventh inning due to inclement weather.

TrentGrindlinger went 2-for-5. He recorded three RBIs and scored one run, while Manny Marin went 2-for-3. He hit one double and one triple. Marin also recorded two RBIs and scored one run.

Evan Blanco (7-3) started for Tennessee. He pitched six innings, allowing three runs, five hits and four walks. He recorded six strikeouts, while totaling 99 pitches, including 63 strikes.

Brandon Arvidson earned his third save of the season. He pitched 2.2 innings, allowing one run and three hits. Arvidson recorded one strikeout, while totaling 32 pitches (23 strikes).
