When did the Pats come from on this Colvin thing???? As of yesterday morning there was no mention of them. All of a sudden he's a Patriot????? What gives????? And I'm not just referring to the Cards on this, either. There were several other teams, too.

he met with the Pats on Monday and the report said it went so good that they (the Pats) were trying to work out a deal as of Monday night.

Some thing to be said about having an offer and not letting the FA leave until he signs. None of this 48 hour stuff.

But did they just say,"Hey, it's monday. Lets call Colvin for the heck of it." If they had any interest in him, why didn't we hear before monday!!!!!!
