The Mavericks were only fined $750,000 for sitting key players, so they could keep their 1st round pick and avoid the playoffs.

Talk about injustice and equity in punishment.

That's interesting.

So Dallas sits key players to keep the 10th pick and miss the playoffs in 2023 and is only fined $750,000 which is a slap on the hand.

IMO, this is more than one violation.

I'd guess, it would cost $2-3 million to buy a 2nd round pick if one were available.
