Suns Fan is Tackled because of Sign

Suns fan got tackled with 2 minutes left in the game tonight because he had a sign that stated: We Miss u Stephon and Penny.....unbelievable, did anyone see it? It was right behind the Suns bench, everyone was cheering the fan....apparently Colangelo doesn't want that kind of fan fair.

On the radio they said he was provoking it.

I didn't hear anything, but AmareFan seems to be less inclined to tell the whole story in the name of making the Suns look bad.

It's also in the AZ republic today, but the paper said I had a picture of Penny...That's not true, I had a picture the Slam Magazine cover from this month with Step, Amare, and Marion.

It is true...and I am so dissappointed that AWA security ripped my sign.
Thanks to all those Suns fans who supported me, and thought my sign was good. Thanks section 104!

Oh by the way, Security kicked me out and gave me to the PHx police and the phx police told me to file a complaint with AWA. They couldn't believe they kicked me out over a sign. Thanks Jerry.

if you wrote the sign then why do you keep on posting stuff in the third person. on another thread you wrote that you felt sorry for the poor fan that got tackled for his sign. just say i had a sign and i got kicked out, quit acting like an innocent bystander whos triing to drum up support for this "poor fan". if all you were doing was holding up the sign minding your own business then they wouldn't of tackled you, at the worst they would have taken it away. if you indeed got tackled then there must be more to the story than you are posting.

The ban doesn't take effect until the offender's favorite player gets traded away. Then it's permanent.

so let me get this right, you walked away from where you were suppose to be, and held up a sign right behind the suns bench, getting in the way of people who paid good money to be sitting there and your suprised you got booted. sounds to me like you got what you deserved. it didn't matter what your sign said, it could have said john 3:16, you can't leave your seats and run behing the suns bench and bother them without expecting consequences

I am quite familiar with AWA. My parents have season tickets right behind the Suns bench. I have attended close to a hundred games in those seats since AWA opened in 1992.

Anyway, please clarify what happened.

OK, you were sitting in Section 104. You, for reasons you have yet to specify, took your sign and walked three sections over to behind the Suns bench, where you did not have seats, displayed your sign, and received cheers from everyone in the area. While you were standing there, enjoying all the cheering that everyone was doing for you, peacefully holding your sign, and behaving like a perfect gentleman, security just came up and tackled you, ripped your sign, and ejected you from the arena. Then you came to this board, posted about the incident in the third person, and expressed your gratitude for the support of fans in Section 104, three sections away from where these events took place.

Have I missed anything?
