Futures Collegiate League​


Bravehearts 6, New Britain 3: Hunter St. Denis was 4 for 4 with a double, home run, three runs and two RBIs and Will Kraemer singled, homered, drove in two and scored twice as the host Bravehearts (17-10) topped the Bees (15-12).

Gabe Malaret also singled, tripled and drove in a run for Worcester, which has won six straight.

Worcester State's Gavin Price, who starred at Quabbin, allowed three hits and struck out seven in his first win of the season for the Bravehearts.

American Legion​


Leominster 1, Cherry Valley 0: Danny Frade tossed a two-hit shutout and struck out five, while Sawyer Corbin doubled in Connor Moriarty in the bottom of the third as Post 151 (12-2) topped visiting Post 443 (6-8).

Moriarty, Cam Cirone and Brett Richard (double) all had two hits for Leominster.

Grafton 8, Vernon Hill 2: Haylan Oberg broke a 2-2 tie when he drove in Landan Swain and C.J. Skowronek with a double down the left field to kickoff a six-run bottom of the sixth line as host Post 92 (8-5) downed Post 435 (0-15).

Ryan Chagnon followed up with a three-run double, plating Ian Ouellette, Oberg and Kellen Caron, and Zach Otis capped the frame by singling in Chagnon.

Vernon Hill jumped out to a 1-0 lead when Kamauri Hughes stole home in the first. They took their second lead of the game when Yuandel Ortiz singled in Noah Jolly in the fourth to take a 2-1 lead.

Shrewsbury 8, Main South 6: Connor Mudd was 2 for 3 with an RBI and three runs, Owen Mongeon went 3 for 5 with three RBIs and a run, and Jackson Lucarelli was 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run as visiting Post 397 (11-2) held off Post 341 (3-12-1).

Reliever Frank Davis picked up the save when he entered in the top of the seventh and struck out the side.

Ben DiFonso singled twice and drove in a pair and Cooper LeBlanc singled, doubled and drove in a run for Main South.

Hudson 13, Northborough 3: Brady Quirion collected one hit, two RBIs and two runs as host Post 100 (7-8) beat visiting Post 234 (1-13).

Brady Quiron and Jacob Cramer each singled and drove in two for Hudson, while

Matthew Flakow singled twice and scored to lead Northborough.

Milford 13, Northbridge 3: Nick Pedroli was 2 for 4 with five RBIs and three runs, Jackson Fournier went 3 for 3 with two RBIs, Sam Schoenberg went 2 for 4 with two RBIs and two runs and Sean Burchard had a hit and scored two runs to lift host Post 59 (12-2).

Alex Vosburgh and Cody Venezianoeach singled, scored and drove in a run for Post 343 (8-6).
