Warriors guard and two-time MVP Stephen Curry recently chimed in on the free agent race for LeBron James, revealing his desire to play with the 23-year veteran.
Although Curry downplayed his recruiting of James by speaking about golf, he did finish by saying, "I’m sure we obviously would love to play together. I mean, hopefully it happens. But he’s deserved the opportunity and the right to take his time with the decision.”
Signing with the Miami Heat after seven seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers to begin his career, James is no stranger to making long, drawn-out decisions. Hopefully for the sake of Curry and the Warriors, James will decide to take his talents to the Bay Area ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season.
