The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a highly productive first week of training camp. Monday practice marks the first padded practice of the Mike McCarthy era. McCarthy took over for Mike Tomlin this offseason and is putting his stamp on this team.

But being the first padded practice isn't the only highlight of this Monday's practice. In addition, The Pat McAfee Show will also be on the Saint Vincent College campus to do their live show as well. McAfee never played for the Steelers but as a guy who born and raised in Plum, PA, close to Pittsburgh, his loyalty to the city is clear.

McCarthy said there would be no live tackling at training camp this year, which is a departure from Tomlin's training camp practices. But with the pads coming on, we look for plenty of physicality in Monday's work. The Steelers kick off their preseason schedule in less than two weeks when the Green Bay Packers come to town on August 13.
