May 15—State baseball and softball tournaments begin Monday.
Baseball is a best 2-of-3 series with Game 1 played at Choccolocco Park in Oxford and Games 2 and 3 played the following day at Jacksonville State University.
Softball is a double-elimination tournament with all games played at Choccolocco Park. The championship games will be played on Choccolocco's Signature Field.
Baseball
Hartselle vs. the winner of Northridge and Spain Park for the Class 6A state championship. Game 1 on Wednesday 11 a.m. Game 2 on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Game 3 (if needed) immediately after.
Softball
Class 7A
Austin vs. Daphne on Wednesday at 9 a.m on Field 1. Championship game on Thursday at 5 p.m.
Class 6A
Athens vs. Helena on Monday at 9 a.m on Field 2. Championship game on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
Hartselle vs. Spain Park on Monday at 9 a.m. on Field 3.
Class 5A
Lawrence County vs. Beauregard on Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. on Field 3. Championship game on Wednesday at 2:15 p.m.
Class 4A
West Limestone vs. Orange Beach on Monday at 9 a.m. on Field 5. Championship game on Tuesday at 2:15 p.m.
West Morgan vs. Munford on Monday at 9 a.m. on Field 7.
Class 1A
Athens Bible vs. Maplesville on Tuesday at 9 a.m. on Field 2. Championship game on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
