Spotted on the 10?

One minute before the end of 1st qtr. after the punt by StL, appeared to be a touchback, the ball gets spotted at the ten. Shouldn't this be spotted at the twenty? I'm guessing there may have been a penalty, Fox apparently didn't see fit to tell us about or maybe its in there but I darn sure can't find an explanation on my recording. What gives? I only start one thread every five years or so, so hopefully it isn't just me. If so, I'll try to do better in 2014

You really had to be paying attention to catch it during the broadcast. They came back right when the ball was being snapped and had to mention it quickly in order to keep up with the play.

I must say. Those announcers were not the best. They were so interested in hearing themselves talk, they forgot about the game at times.
