Well, if someone is being a "jerk or "mean" why not let Skkorpion handle it? Why do you feel it is up to you to make someone face a punishment for their actions?

Because I can't post 2 words on here without him posting the exact opposite just to be a prick. If I made a post entitled "Black" he'd respond with "Oooh, you think you're so smart. It's White".

Skkorp has, in fact, talked to him.

And me calling him out for being a fool is not punishment. Banning would be punishment. Words are not.

Hhhhhmmmmmm......It would appear to me that you are playing a little fast and loose with the truth here. This whole little tangent started back on a thread created by AZ643dp: "What Will be the biggest Surprise in the First Round?", to which I originally posted:

Leftwich will fall big time, unless Jacksonville or Baltimore take him.
The word out of Baltimore is Boller is actually preferred. And although the Jags might pick him, I think they will go with Trufant instead.

No one else really needs a QB that bad until the Steelers at #27.
If they don't take him, he would probably even drop to round 2.

You people are insane. Byron Leftwich is not going to go in the second round.

Ed, just hold on to your ********, and don't get so exited.

I simply said that if neither Baltimore, Jacksonville, or Pittsburgh, take him, he could fall there.

In looking at the draft order again, The Raiders would probably take him too.

So yes, its remote, but possible.

"................I think the comments the Ravens made about liking Boller are under the premise that Leftwich will already be gone by then
And no chance in hell that the Packers would pass on either Lefty or Boller

You may think that, that's certainly your perogative. Billick has said he would like either one. And I simply disagree with your statement there. They have made no bones about the fact that they like Boller.

And no chance in hell that the Packers would pass on either Lefty or Boller. No chance in Hell? LOL. OK Ed. It's your story. They like Grossman. I think the only safe thing you can say here is that certainly both Boller AND Leftwich will not still be on the board. And to say "No way in hell" , to me, is very much an exaggeration.

From there you went on to start a new thread "Someone please explain mock drafts to Tango"......and so on.....and on......

So maybe you need a mirror, Ed.

Skkorp has, in fact, talked to him.
You know Ed, I really think you need to mentally take a step or two back and give a little more thought to some of your actions and comments. You make this statement in a way that seems to insinuate that I have done something that Skkorp is on my case about. I'm really disappointed in that.
Yes, Skkorp sent me a private message....He and I know what the content of it was. If he wants to divulge that to anyone else, that's up to him. But I think it's a real shame that you seem to feel it necessary to resort to this kind of behavior.

And me calling him out for being a fool is not punishment. Banning would be punishment. Words are not.

Amazing, Simply Amazing!!!

If you see, for example, that Kyle Boller is off the board already, as is Byron Leftwich, that means that the Grossman pick is projected based on the idea that the more highly rated QBs are already gone. Still with me?

Therefore, it does not mean that if Boller or Leftwich were to somehow fall to Green Bay, they would still take an inferior prospect like Grossman over a more highly rated one like Boller.

OK? OK.

I think the Packers would draft Boller if he fell to them because they were high on him even before his workouts, but I get the impression they wouldn't select Grossman.

Sherman met with Favre this offseason at his Hattiesburg, Miss., home, and said he came away convinced his MVP quarterback is no closer to retirement than he previously thought.

“If Brett were standing here, you’d know the answer he’d give you would be that he’s going to keep playing as long as he feels good,” Sherman said. “I think it’s an honest answer to a question that’s going to keep being asked of him. "

I'm not positive, but I get the impression the Packers are leaning defense to try and win while they still have Favre.

If that's the case, do the Cardinals take Grossman in round 2 if he falls to them?
