Should the Boston Celtics gamble on Arizona forward Koa Peat in the 2026 NBA Draft? On one hand, his athletic style of play oozes star potential. But on the other hand, his lack of a single NBA-level skill sets off multiple red flags for a potential first round pick.

Standing at just over 6-foot-8, the 245-lb., 19-year-old put up 14.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game at the NCAA level in the 2025-26 season. The Gilbert, Arizona native shot 52.8 percent from the field overall in that campaign, as well as 35.0 percent from beyond the arc at a low attempt rate, and 62.3 percent from the free throw line.

The folks behind the "NBC Sports Boston" YouTube channel put together a clip of his best plays from last season for us to watch. Check it out below!
