Phillips as a situational pass rusher seems to me like it would be an upgrade

we have a great defense,,the problem we cant move the chain .
coach whiz was always high on philips cause he wanted him also during his tenure in arizona,if he cut him cause he is not the player he was

A month ago, yes. but we have 21 sacks in the last three games which is tops in the NFL over that span. Our pass rush is surprisingly robust as of late.

I like the Bush signing, we cut Kerwynn Williams to make that move. I see that as an improvement to the roster. I would also see Shaun Phillips as an improvement over Matthew Mulligan
