A class of 14 individuals and one team will be inducted into the Sexton Athletic Hall of Fame in September.
The class features all-state basketball player Tashia (Walker) Jamison, all-state football and track performer Larry King Jr., all-state football player Aaron Milton, cross country standout Joel Hernandez, all-state softball player Laurie Pohl, tennis standout Brian Marcus and state champion wrestlers Gordon Swix, Fred Schworer, Donald Stroud, William Swix, Raymond Reglin, Donald Granger, Gilbert Hill and Norman Gill.
They will be joined in the class by the 1953 state championship wrestling team coached by Iggy Konrad.
This is the 12th class set to be inducted into the Sexton Hall of Fame, which was established in 2014. The induction ceremony and dinner will take place Saturday, Sept. 26, at Sexton High School.
