The hottest team at the Little League Softball World Series just may be the Toms River squad.
Toms River stumbled on the opening day of the tournament in North Carolina Sunday but has roared back with two straight victrories by big scores.
On Wednesday, Toms River won 11-0 over Japan - that's the team TR lost to on Sunday.
New Jersey vs Japan at LLSWS highlights
Toms River stands at 2-1. The first victory was Tuesday, 13-3 over Connecticut.
The Toms River All-Stars will play their next game on Friday against either Kentucky or Puerto Rico.
