Wrexham AFC, a Welsh soccer club that competes in the EFL Championship league, faces Leeds United of the Premier League in an exhibition match Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium as they prepare for the 2026-27 season.
Wrexham gained worldwide attention through the FX documentary series “Welcome to Wrexham,” which follows Hollywood actors and co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney as they work to revive the historic club.
Leeds was recently promoted back to the Premier League after a two-year absence.
