SEC Media Days are here, and as they like to say down south, "it just means more." With four full days, starting today, 16 teams and 48 players attending, there is a whole lot of ground to cover. Thus, we're just going to stay focused on the prospects attending the event who currently fall into that top 100 overall prospects range. So if you're watching along on SEC Network or ESPN+, or following on the socials, these are the guys you want to pay closer attention to.
That is if you want to know which guys are likely to be playing on Sundays next season. And given the fact that you clicked on Draft Wire, we can safely assume that you do.

Monday, July 20
From the Kentucky contingent we have big offensive lineman Cayden Green, who has massive potential. Oklahoma is bringing their QB1 John Mateer, a guy who saw his draft stock rise and fall like the Dow Jones index last season, is an intriguing prospect.
Tennessee brought linebacker Arion Carter, a defensive playmaker who is expected to take on a greater role this season, and with it, see his stock soar.
Tuesday, July 21
South Carolina brought their two electric play-makers, wide receiver Nyck Harbor and quarterback LaNorris Sellers. Both guys made the right choice to stay in school this season, and stay put in S.C. This will help further their development.
If this day seems a bit light, well, Georgia has a ton of future NFL talent on their roster, but Kirby Smart didn't bring any of those guys. Meanwhile Auburn and Vanderbilt don't really have a lot of top tier prospects.
Wednesday July 22
All three guys from Alabama (Zabien Brown, DB; Ryan Coleman-Williams, WR and Bray Hubbard, DB) as well as Ole Miss (Trinidad Chambliss, QB; Will Echoles, DT; Kewan Lacy, RB) are projected to go somewhere in the top three rounds. Coleman-Williams is a top 15 overall prospect that we previously profiled at this link.
Elsewhere Florida is bringing Jadan Baugh, who is one of the top running back prospects in this class.
Thursday July 23
All eyes on Texas, of course, with Trevor Goosby, OL; Arch Manning, QB and Colin Simmons, DE. All three are top ten overall, some might even say top five. You may have heard of that young Manning fella. His name is in the papers and on tv here and there; has been since high school.
He is certainly not "a sleeper" and he definitely does not "fly under the radar."
This is going to be fascinating- LSU coach Lane Kiffin, a man who almost never turns away attention and thrives on drama, is appearing in the same place, on the same day as Arch Manning, the most talked about player in college football.
Will the Tampa Marriott Water Street retain enough oxygen levels to support both of them?
Of the three LSU players in attendance, Trey'Dez Green, TE is the only top 100 level prospect. Meanwhile Arkansas DE Quincy Rhodes JR. and Mississippi CB Kelley Jones are elite level talents who will also be there on the event's final day.
