The best season in recent memory for Seaside boys soccer came with perks.
After winning the Cowapa League for the first time in five years, the Seagulls got to host a home playoff game. Though they fell short against North Marion, the boys still saw multiple players flock to the all-state team.
Goalkeeper Luis Rodriguez was named the best in the state at his position, while other seniors Joset Sepulveda, Abraham Valezquez, Alfredo Corona made the first team; sophomore defender Christian Garcia was second team; and senior defender Jovany Peon Tenerio was named to the honorable mention team.
Here’s the complete list for 4A boys soccer.
