The Seattle Seahawks have released their injury report from Thursday's practice, and unsurprisingly, Nick Emmanwori did not participate. Seattle's star rookie safety suffered a low-ankle sprain from Wednesday's practice, which forced him to leave early. Fortunately, it appears the Seahawks may have gotten luckier than anticipated. Head coach Mike Macdonald said on Thursday morning that Emmanwori should be "good to go" for Super Bowl LX vs the Patriots, but did not know what his practice schedule would look like.
From the rest of practice, there was other good news. Sam Darnold was upgraded from a limited participant to a full participant. Josh Jones, DeMarcus Lawrence, Leonard Williams and Jaxon Smith-Njigba were also upgraded as well.
Seattle's full injury report from Thursday's practice can be seen in the tweet below.
