The Seattle Seahawks blew out the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 60, securing their second title in franchise history and getting revenge for Super Bowl 49.

Kenneth Walker III was the Super Bowl MVP, and that nod for Walker was the first running back to win the award since Terrell Davis. But there's another group in NFL history that Walker joined that's a more exclusive and interesting club.

As ESPN's Adam Schefter notes, Walker is the fifth offensive player in NFL history to win Super Bowl MVP without scoring a touchdown. He joins some incredible names, like Joe Namath and Julian Edelman.

Kenneth Walker joins exclusive Super Bowl MVP company for 0-TD scorers

"Kenneth Walker is the fifth offensive player in Super Bowl history to be named Super Bowl MVP while not accounting for a touchdown, scoring, or throwing, joining: Jets QB Joe Namath (SB III), Raiders WR Fred Biletnikoff (SB XI), Patriots WR Deion Branch (CB XXXIX), and Patriots WR Julian Edelman (SB LIII)." Schefter shared.

Walker finished Super Bowl 60 with 27 carries for 135 yards, no touchdowns, two receptions on four targets for 26 yards, and multiple big plays at key moments.

Edelman, the last player to accomplish this feat, had 10 receptions on 12 targets for 141 yards and one run for eight yards in a 13-3 Super Bowl win. Branch caught 11 of 12 targets for 133 yards in his Super Bowl MVP performance with the Patriots in 2004.

Then, all the way back in 1976, Biletnikoff put up four receptions for 79 yards in his Super Bowl MVP performance. Dave Casper, a WR for the Las Vegas Raiders, put up 70 yards and a TD on four receptions, while Clarence Davis had 137 yards rushing on 16 rushes.

And finally, in the third Super Bowl ever, New York Jets QB Joe Namath put up 206 passing yards on 17-for-28 passing to win Super Bowl MVP. Matt Snell ran 30 times for 121 yards and a touchdown, while George Sauer had eight receptions for 133 yards.

While some of these other Super Bowl MVP nods might not be completely deserved from a statistical lens, Walker's performance in Super Bowl 60 was very deserving of the MVP award.

His impact on the game was massive, as he broke multiple long runs and had a big screen reception to help the Seahawks put up points, even if they were field goals.

He also wasn't a part of this exclusive club in NFL history, as a 40+ yard touchdown was wiped off the board due to a holding penalty.

Despite not scoring a touchdown, Walker was the Super Bowl MVP. It was incredibly deserved, as he did about as much as a player can do without scoring to earn MVP on the offensive side of the ball. Walker was great and deserves this nod.
