After summer stops in Illinois and Minnesota, Michigan gets its turn as PGA Tour host when the Rocket Classic tees off in the Motor City this week.
South African Aldrich Potgieter enters as the defending champion after winning last year at age 20. World No. 3 Cameron Young is listed as the tournament favorite with both Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy resting up ahead of the FedExCup playoffs.
Golf Channel and Golf Channel mobile will be broadcasting and streaming Round 1 coverage of the Rocket Classic from 3-6 p.m. ET on Thursday.
