Mark Goddard, who played Don West on 1960s TV show ‘Lost in Space,' dies at 87

In the show, which ran from 1965 to 1968, Goddard’s character was the pilot of the Jupiter 2 carrying the Robinson family on a mission to colonize space.

I loved him in Lost in Space. I always wanted him to push Dr. Smith out the airlock!

I was reading up on him the other day and they said he was the rare case where an actor dropped out of college and immediately got some acting roles on big shows like Johnny Ringo, The Rifleman, etc.).
