He's been involved in so many great shows and movies through the years as a writer, director and producer but his acting roles were usually bit parts or cameos. It's funny that my favorite project that he was involved in had to do with him as an actor and in a fairly significant role. Soapdish is one of my favorite movies and he's great in it. Of course, given his role, you could make a case that wasn't acting but still, loved it. RIP Garry and thanks for entertaining me for most of my life.

I'm choosing to forget about that little dalliance with Joanie Loves Chachi and remember him fondly for the other amazing works he participated in. RIP.
