The Philadelphia 76ers are in the process of getting everything ready for the postseason. The Sixers are likely beginning in the play-in tournament as a guaranteed playoff spot is probably out of the question at this stage.

As the Sixers prepare for what's ahead, they have reportedly converted Dalen Terry from a two-way deal to a standard one. In 13 games with Philadelphia, Terry is averaging 4.3 points, 1.8 assists, and 1.5 rebounds while shooting 42.3% from the floor and 25% from deep. He has given the Sixers some real defensive work and he plays with a ton of energy and his athleticism is a big help.

To make room for Terry, the Sixers will waive Cam Payne after playing 22 games. Philadelphia brought Payne back over from Serbia and he averaged 7.4 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.0 rebounds while shooting 37.6% from the floor and 33% from deep. He is currently sidelined with a right hamstring strain.
