Seeing as we rank dead last overall I’m not surprised it angers MB. Worse, it explains a lot of why this franchise continues to struggle. What player would willingly come here/stay here (unless the club throws crazy money his way)?

my criticism of the NFLPA ranking is (as far as i can tell) that there isn't an objective standard being used in the grading

its all feels

that can be valuable in and of itself -- but I also have a hard time evaluating how real some of the grades are

I also wonder if its an anonymous ballot or if its known.

Is it like Pro Bowl voting where team leaders politic to vote for certain guys (typically college team mates, etc).

It’s a survey. It’s obviously based on the opinion of the participants. They’re grading their experiences with their franchises. Most of them don’t have a comparison point outside their college programs.

"At the NFL league meeting in March, New York Jets chairman Woody Johnson -- who along with Art Rooney of the Pittsburgh Steelers , Robert Kraft of the New England Patriots, Michael Bidwill of the Arizona Cardinals and David Tepper of the Carolina Panthers received ownership grades of D or worse -- called the survey "totally bogus" and hinted that it violated the CBA."

Bidwill is trying to do away with the NFLPA Report card, LOL! We are never getting rid of this guy, and he is never going to become an owner who prioritizes anything other than his own image.

i think the way the quote is constructed implies Mike complained --

i think it was only Woody Johnson that complained

I love that this brings it all back to the light. And again raises the question of why it takes so long for a rich NFL owner to fix a locker room

Training room, training staff, weight room, strength coaches all at the bottom. Is it any wonder why the Cards lost games to injury?

The good thing is they retained the entire strength and conditioning department.

the value of the poll is clearly shown in this graphic.

Just tally up the total championship appearances and/or wins between the 5 "Best" teams and the 5 "worst" teams over the last 40 years.

most common best is Miami, Atlanta, Vegas, Minnesota, and San Diego...
they have what?? Two combined Super Bowl appearances over the past forty years?? Sandy Eggo and Atlanta?

the most common 5 worst are Cleveland, Arizona, New England,Pittsburgh, and Kansas City...that group has won about 25 of the last 40 Super Bowls...with honorable Mentions for the Rams, Buffalo, and the Bengals...who have won a couple more or graced the conference championships several times in a loss...

also...how dafuq is New Orleans getting a bottom 5 in the food catagory?? anybody thats ever even had a dream about going to New Orleans knows thats ********...gotta be a double standard there... you can get better food at a drive through in New Orleans than at a 5 star restaurant in most of the cities represented by the NFL
