Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella has reportedly undergone detailed medical checks on the injury that will prevent him from taking the field tonight.

According to FCInterNews, the 28-year-old visited the Humanitas Institute in Rozzano this morning to undergo examinations to assess the extent of the problem.

The Nerazzurri will take on Borussia Dortmund in a ‘make or break’ UEFA Champions League clash later this evening.
