I can’t believe they did it again…

The Red Sox pushed their winning streak to eight games with a 12-11 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Thursday, overcoming five separate deficits to secure their third walk-off victory of the season in the 13th inning at Fenway Park.

Boston received contributions from almost every single person on the roster, deploying everyone who was available in the bullpen and on the bench. Connor Wong, Jake Rogers, and Erik Miller all left their mark on the contest, though things were punctuated by Caleb Durbin.

I’ve got you covered with the game’s studs and duds:

STUDS

Durbin: I’ve learned to love this young man…

Durbin almost definitely broke his pinky again, but still left the game with three hits — including the game-winner — and played stellar defense at third base. Dirt. Dog.

Miller: The Red Sox leaned heavily on their most-recent addition to the bullpen, and he delivered with two scoreless innings that kept the game in reach. Miller has now struck out four of the nine batters he’s faced in his new uniform.

DUDS

Jarren Duran: Boston had the game-tying runner in scoring position with two outs in the eighth inning when “captain chaos” decided to do something completely idiotic and advance to third base on a ball in the dirt — he was thrown out rather easily. 0-for-5 on the night, as well.

Ranger Suarez: If this team is going to make noise down the stretch, they’ll need more out of their veteran starting pitchers.

Suarez has gone 4.2, 4.0, and 3.0 innings, respectively, in the three starts that he’s made since coming off the injured list on July 26 — which quite frankly isn’t going to get the job done. It’s imperative that he turns things around and stretches back out…

“OH MY GOD, FENWAY PARK IS COMING UNGLUED” MOMENT OF THE GAME
