After Indianapolis Colts' quarterback Daniel Jones put together a strong showing on Day 2 of training camp, how did he perform on Day 3?

Jones finished Thursday's practice completing 7-of-9 passes, but he was less efficient on Friday. Jake Arthur of Roundtable Sports noted that some of Jones' passes "weren't quite on the mark."

Jones finished the day completing just 4-of-8 passes, however, there are a few caveats.

Arthur mentioned Jones connecting on a deep ball with Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan noted that one of the incompletions was a dropped pass by DJ Giddens, and that Jones stayed away from "any turnover worthy balls."

Jones also continued to move around and get outside of the pocket when needed -- something he has done on a few occasions over the first three practices and a good sign with him coming off an injury.

Over the course of a month's worth of training camp practices, there are going to be ebbs and flows like Jones experienced on Friday. The Colts return to the practice field on Saturday afternoon.
