Real Madrid announce the signing of Ibrahima Konaté
Real Madrid have announced the signing of Ibrahima Konaté on a four-year deal.
The French centre-back left Liverpool on the end of his contract this summer after five seasons with the club in which he played 183 games for the Reds, chipping in with seven goals.
During his time at Anfield, Konaté won one Premier League, one FA Cup, as well as two League Cups.
Konaté had long been linked with a move to Madrid as his contract expired and the club have now confirmed his signing on a deal until the end of the 2029/2030 season.
The 27-year-old is the latest recruit for José Mourinho's side alongside Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, and Denzel Dumfries.
