Braden Fiske only played 20% of the Los Angeles Rams’ defensive snaps on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, seeing very limited playing time in the win. There was a reason for that: He got hurt during pre-game warmups.
Sean McVay told reporters on Monday that Fiske tweaked his oblique in warmups, which is why he only played 13 snaps against Tennessee. McVay said the Rams will monitor him throughout the week to see what his status looks like for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fiske is one of the team’s most important players on that side of the ball so they’ll need him healthy against an outstanding Eagles team. He missed most of their last meeting with Philadelphia after injuring his knee early in the game.
Fiske had three tackles and a fumble recovery in the season opener against the Texans, but he doesn't yet have a sack on the year.

Rams DL Braden Fiske tweaked an oblique muscle during warmups yesterday. That's why his snap count was down. The Rams will monitor him this week to see how much he can play Sunday.
