Welcome back to another Public Skate, folks!

Tonight, we’ve got a playoff home game at TD Garden on a Friday night, which should lead to a good atmosphere (provided the home side doesn’t go down 3-0 in the first five minutes again).

The Bruins showed some moxie, grit, resolve, etc. in extending the series via a Game 5 OT win on the road.

Tonight, they’ll need to look more like they did during the regular season, when they were tied for the top spot as the league’s best home team.

More of that, less of last Sunday, I guess is my point here.

While I don’t mean to make this sound like a sign-off that we all hope isn’t needed, it’s pretty remarkable to consider that the Bruins are playing a meaningful game in May.

After how last season went, I think we’d all have taken that last spring.

Here’s to hoping the B’s keep us entertained for a little while longer.

Bruins! Sabres! IN MASSACHUSETTS!!!!!!

Discuss.
