Emma Gardner, Greenwood: Gardner had a strong week, winning the shot put at a tri-meet against Franklin Central and Cathedral on Tuesday and at the Warren Relays on Saturday. Saturday's mark of 41 feet, 9.5 inches is among the best performances in Indiana this season. She also won the discus throw at the Warren Relays and placed second at the tri-meet.
Mary Kate Felts, Bishop Chatard: Felts won the long jump and 400 at the Mike Ford Invitational on Saturday, the latter of which she won in a personal-best 58.92 — the third-best time in Indiana this outdoor season. The junior also placed second in the 100 (12.60).
Akua Sackey, Franklin Central: Sackey, a freshman, is already making a mark at Franklin Central. She won the 200 in 26.32 at a tri-meet against Cathedral and Greenwood on Thursday, recording the ninth-fastest time in school history. She also placed second in the 100 (12.50) and helped the Flashes to a win in the 4x100 (50.01), both of which are fifth fastest times in school history.
Eve Schurr, Avon: Schurr won the 1600 at Warren Relays on Saturday in 5:07.35, which ranks among the top ten times this outdoor season. The Indiana State signee also ran on the Orioles' first-place 4x800 relay, helping the team secure a come-from-behind victory in 10:24.57.
Devaughn Slaughter, Cathedral: Slaughter won the 100 in 10.76 at a tri-meet against Franklin Central and Greenwood, which is tied for the top time in Indiana this season. It was a new personal best for the Tennessee State football commit and tied for the second-fastest time in Indiana this season, along with being the third-fastest time in Cathedral history.
Evan Williams, Lawrence Central: Williams set the best 110 hurdles time of 2025 at a dual meet against Pike on Thursday, winning the event in 13.94. The junior also won the 300 hurdles in 44.23. This comes after a strong indoor season that included a 60 hurdles win at the MIC championships.
