Game one = Lose in LA 5-1 and lost in 3 on 3 "bonus" overtime. Mostly guys who won't sniff the real show, but not exactly reassuring.

Game two tonight in LA again.

Free scrimmage at the "Monster" tonight. Red vs White. Last year's was pretty good so I'm going to try and convince the Mrs. Starts at 6:15pm and parking is also free.

Scrimmage was fun and kids had a blast, although a combination of tired and being 4 made my son sad when he realized the stuffed animal he threw on the ice was staying there

I think that line of domi, duclair and vermette could be fun to watch develop

Lost on Friday to the Sharks 3-1 in regulation and 1-0 in "bonus" overtime.

First TV preseason tonight on NHL Network versus Vancouver! The remote will be getting a workout between this and MNF.

Lost in Vancouver 1-0 Monday and lost in Edmonton 4-0 last night.

One more preseason game Friday against SJ in the "Monster". Not much time left to figure out how to score.

Tonight is the last game of preseason. Yotes host the Sharks.

Next Friday starts regular season at the Kings. Hopefully we'll have learned how to score goals by then.

With a 3-0 loss against SJ on Friday night, the Coyotes go 0-5-1 in preseason.

Final cuts were made on Sunday with rookies Domi, Duclair, and Martinook making the opening day roster. Third overall pick, Dylan Stome, made the most of his time with the pro team, but was sent back to juniors on the last cut.

Indeed. I realize that we may not be that great, but I will be watching every game that I can. In my mind, we need a couple of captaincy candidates to step up this year. I love Doaner, but it is just about time...

And please, Hanzal, let's play more games than we miss this season!
