Sep. 8—Northwestern's boys tennis team blanked Western 5-0 Tuesday to bolster its status as the team to beat in the Kokomo Sectional in three weeks. The Tigers (9-3) improved to 2-0 against sectional opponents. Northwestern beat three-time defending champion Kokomo 5-0 last week.
