Jan. 23—TANNER — Juicy Farrar and Asiah Malone combined to outscore Ardmore as Clements defeated the Tigers 55-39 in the semifinals of the Limestone County Tournament on Thursday.
Farrar had a game-high 21 points to lead Clements, while Malone added 20 points. The Colts led 21-6 after one quarter and 25-14 at the half. Kylee Osborne and Lexi Gray had 14 points each for Ardmore.
Clements will play East Limestone for the county championship Friday at 5 p.m.

Muscle Shoals girls 50, Hartselle 46: Brinley Sams (14) and Hannah Burks (13) each scored in double figures for Hartselle on Thursday.

East Limestone girls 58, West Limestone 36: Kate Hovis scored 20 points to lead East Limestone in the Limestone County Tournament on Wednesday.
Ava Tillery and Aria Cain had 12 points each for the Indians, who led by 10 points at halftime.

East Lawrence girls 79, Lawrence County 70: Kennedy Kilpatrick poured in a game-high 31 points to lead East Lawrence in a win on Tuesday.
Macey Austin had 23 points for the Eagles, while Adi Nelms added 12 points.
Alivia Templeton led Lawrence County with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Ellie Gilliland (16), Ava Templeton (15) and Alivia Terry (13) also scored in double figures for the Red Devils.

Hartselle boys 63, Austin 51: Gray Bennich led three Hartselle players in double figures with 19 points in a win over Austin on Tuesday.
Aiden Pointer and Asa Priola had 10 points each for the Tigers, who rallied from a 32-26 halftime deficit to get the win. Brady Stiles and Carter Sheats finished with eight points each.
Caiden Ricks had a game-high 21 points for Austin, while Timothy Staten added 11 points.

Torian Mangrum and Newton Johnsey had 13 points each for Athens, which trailed 35-14 at the half. Gavin Parrish had a game-high 22 points for Muscle Shoals.
