May 27—D.J. Berning scored the game-winning goal with 14 seconds to play to put Fenwick ahead of Bellbrook 8-7 in a boys lacrosse thriller on Tuesday, May 26.
The win advances Fenwick to a Thursday, May 28 Division II regional final versus Mariemont with the winner heading to the state tournament.
In D-I girls lacrosse action Springboro advanced with an 18-8 win against Sycamore and Centerville was eliminated 19-9 by Dublin Coffman.
'Boro will play Kings in a regional final on Thursday, May 28.

Centerville 20, Wayne 3: Joey Kristbaum knocked a home run and Centerville cruised in its tournament opener, improving to 23-4 overall.
Beavercreek 4, Milford 1: Andrew Oppenheimer had two hits with one RBI and one run scored, Brock Bukiewicz added one RBI and 'Creek improved to 21-5 overall.
Fairfield holds off Lebanon for D-I district semifinal victory
Division III
Badin 10, Talawanda 0: Beau Chaney and Nick Vess combined on a five-inning no-hitter, Chandler Taylor legged out a triple with three RBI and Badin moved to 24-3 overall.
Division V
Anna 6, Indian Lake 5: Cale Wannemacher ripped a walk-off single in the seventh inning to send Anna to a district final.
Versailles 12, Carlisle 5: Carlisle jumped ahead 5-0 in the first inning, but Versailles battled back. Blake Monnin finished with three RBI and Ian Bergman picked up the win in relief.
Division VI
Mechanicsburg 5, Cardington-Lincoln 2: Liam O'Laughlin plated a pair of runs and Hank Huffman had two hits with one RBI to pace 'Burg.
