Polson girls best Hamilton

Jan. 11—POLSON — Rylee Taylor-Jefferson scored a game-high 23 points and Polson used a strong second half to down Hamilton 52-44 in a Class A girls basketball matchup Saturday.

Hinkley Moss added 11 points for the Pirates (4-2 overall), who used an 11-4 third quarter to overturn a 24-21 halftime deficit. Polson outscored Hamilton 31-20 in the second half.

Ashlynn McKern led the Broncs (3-6) with 19 points. Taryn Hochhalter and Meryn Leonardi tallied eight apiece.
