TORONTO – The Detroit Pistons will likely get two starters back from injury against the Toronto Raptors.

Ausar Thompson (right ankle sprain) has been upgraded to probable for their game in Toronto on Sunday, March 15 (3:30 p.m., FanDuel Sports Network Detroit).
